Willowflow is inviting experienced Congolese professionals with a background in humanitarian security management to join our Talent Pool.
This is not a job advertisement for one position it is an open invitation to become part of a trusted network of professionals we may engage for consulting roles, short-term deployments, or technical support, both within the DRC and globally.
Who should apply?
We are looking for qualified applicants who:
- Are Congolese nationals (citizens of the Democratic Republic of the Congo)
- Have 2+ years of experience in security and access management
- Have worked with Companies, local or international NGOs or UN agencies
- Understand the security and humanitarian context in the DRC
- Can advise, lead, or support humanitarian operations
- Are open to remote, field-based, or international roles
- Able to perform effectively under pressure

DRC SRM
WillowFlow invite les professionnels congolais expérimentés ayant une expertise en gestion de la sécurité humanitaire à rejoindre son vivier de talents.
Il ne s’agit pas d’une offre d’emploi pour un poste spécifique, mais d’une invitation ouverte à faire partie d’un réseau de professionnels de confiance que nous pourrions mobiliser pour des missions de conseil, des déploiements de courte durée ou un appui technique, tant en RDC qu’à l’international.
Qui peut postuler?
Nous recherchons des candidats qualifiés qui:
- Sont de nationalité congolaise (citoyens de la République Démocratique du Congo)
- Ont au moins 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de la sécurité et d’accès
- Ont travaillé avec des entreprises, des ONG locales ou internationales, ou des agences des Nations Unies
- Comprennent le contexte sécuritaire et humanitaire en RDC
- Sont capables de conseiller, diriger ou soutenir des opérations humanitaires
- Sont ouverts à des rôles à distance, sur le terrain ou à l’international
- Savent travailler efficacement sous pression
