WillowFlow is reaching out to experienced Somali professionals with expertise in humanitarian security and access management to join our Talent Pool.

Who should apply?
We are looking for applicants who:
- Are Somali nationals (citizens of Somalia)
- Have 2+ years of professional experience in security or access management
- Have worked with local or international NGOs, UN agencies, or private sector actors
- Have experience navigating security and humanitarian challenges in Somalia
- Experienced in managing, advising on, or assisting humanitarian missions
- Available for deployments within Somalia or abroad, including remote work
- Are able to work under pressure in complex environments
