His expertise spans grant management, monitoring and evaluation, and building strategic partnerships with international donors and organizations.

Having a refugee background, Suhail’s career has been marked by his leadership in refugee programs, child protection, and emergency response operations. He has successfully managed large-scale projects and built capacity in complex operational settings, ensuring effective program delivery and donor compliance. His ability to navigate the intricacies of cross-cultural collaboration and strategic program management has made him a trusted leader in the field.

Suhail holds a Master’s degree in Peace & Development Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Peace & Development Studies from Linnaeus University in Sweden. Fluent in Persian/Dari, Swedish, Pashto, Urdu, and Arabic, Suhail is passionate about leveraging his skills to improve the lives of vulnerable populations and promote local expertise in global humanitarian efforts.

Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, Suhail continues to support global humanitarian efforts, including recent work in refugee resettlement and emergency response programs.
